Today, one of our Client Activation & Success Managers, Lisa VanHorn, answers another common question that we hear from clients looking for ways to boost online engagement.
I’m having trouble locating my site in the Engage Suite Contesting dashboard. How can I access my station’s content in the admin?
Lisa: Great question! Both Contesting and Research views differ slightly from that of the Club dashboard that first populates when you log into the Engage Suite admin. When first logging into the Engage Suite admin, you can access the Contesting or Research dashboards by selecting your desired product from the drop-down menu on the top left of the screen.
Once the Contesting or Research dashboard has loaded, click on your broadcaster’s name in the Administering menu. A box will appear. Depending on your level of user permissions, clicking on the gray arrow next to your broadcaster’s name in the box will produce a drop-down menu with your market or station. Please note that you must click on the arrow rather than the text itself.
If you have access to multiple sites within a market, you may need to click on the arrow next to the market to view the full list of available stations. Once you have located the site you are looking for, click on the call letters for that station to access its content within the dashboard.
From here you can create new brackets and contests (in Contesting) or surveys and polls (in Research) or view/change existing content.
